Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with strong exposure to water network or pipeline works.
- Solid understanding of FIDIC or similar standard forms of contract.
- Proven experience in payment applications, variation preparation, and contractual correspondence.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and measurement software.
Task Description:- Prepare, review, and submit interim payments, variations, and final accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of contractual letters, notices, and other project correspondence.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and contractual obligations.
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and certify subcontract payment.
- Maintain accurate records of measurements, BOQs, and cost reports.
- Coordinate with the project, procurement, and planning teams to ensure timely commercial deliverables.
- Support tendering activities when required.
