Real Estate Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Administrator with 12 years of relevant experience to support our daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to the sales and leasing team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with UAE real estate processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process real estate documentation, including Contracts A & B, MOUs, Form F, tenancy contracts, and related paperwork
- Coordinate effectively with brokers, clients, developers, and relevant government authorities
- Manage and update property listings across major portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, properties, and transactions
- Provide administrative support to sales and leasing teams
- Schedule meetings, property viewings, and follow-ups
- Handle emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and internal company procedures
- Assist management with reporting, documentation, and general office coordination
Requirements
- 12 years of proven experience in a real estate administrative role
- Familiarity with UAE real estate documentation and processes
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail

- Experience using CRM systems
- Knowledge of UAE RERA regulations
- Ability to manage multiple brokers and property listings efficiently
