This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Real Estate Agent at Alpha Art Real Estate LLC. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in purchasing, selling, or renting properties and provide guidance on market trends and opportunities. Responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and building strong client relationships to meet their real estate needs proactively.

• Valid Real Estate License with a thorough understanding of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills with a client-first mindset
• Sales expertise, including negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and awareness of Dubai's property trends
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A driven and goal-oriented attitude towards achieving targets
