Responsibilites :

As a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent based in Dubai, you'll be at the heart of our business connecting people with properties and guiding them through every step of the journey.

• Sourcing and listing properties across residential and commercial sectors, including off-plan investments
• Conducting property viewings and showcasing homes and commercial spaces to prospective clients
• Guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process from first consultation to closing
• Prospecting and generating leads to build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords
• Staying ahead of local market trends to advise clients with confidence and credibility

Requirements:

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Dubai Real Estate regulations and practices
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Working knowledge of Real Property valuation basics, property types, and local market dynamics
• Valid UAE driving license
