Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying, selling, and renting of real estate properties. Daily tasks include advising clients, negotiating contracts, conducting property market analysis, preparing relevant documentation, and managing property listings. The role requires regular client interactions and maintaining an in-depth understanding of current market trends and property valuations to provide the best service.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required for this role
• Proven expertise or experience in Real Estate and Real Property operations
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients
• Sales skills to successfully navigate real estate transactions
• Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of local real estate trends is a plus
• High level of self-motivation and ability to achieve sales targets
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in a related field is preferred
