Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, advising clients on real estate opportunities, and negotiating contracts. The role entails assisting clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties while maintaining an extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License, with knowledge and experience in the real estate sector
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and familiarity with Real Property regulations
• Strong skills in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
• Understanding of real estate processes and ability to successfully navigate property transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with the Cairo real estate market is highly advantageous
