Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting processes. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with lenders, lawyers, and other stakeholders as needed. The role involves maintaining updated property listings, conducting comparative market analyses, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with local real estate regulations. The Real Estate Agent is expected to build long-term client relationships, represent REMAX Egypt professionally, and contribute to office sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess solid Real Estate market knowledge and experience working with residential and/or commercial properties.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and manage client expectations.
• Candidates should ideally have proficiency in local real estate laws and documentation, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in real estate brokerage, consultancy, or a related field; a relevant diploma or degree is a plus.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM or listing platforms, and a valid driver's license for property visits.
