Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, including conducting property viewings, advising on pricing and market conditions, and preparing offers. The role includes generating and following up on leads, maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients, and building long-term relationships through professional customer service. The agent will prepare and review real estate documents, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (such as developers, legal advisors, and financial institutions), and ensure transactions comply with local regulations and company standards. The role also involves staying up to date with market trends, participating in sales meetings and training, and representing the Coldwell Banker brand with integrity in all client interactions.
Qualifications
  • Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of local real estate regulations and practices.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Knowledge of Real Property concepts, including property valuation, contracts, and transaction processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic office and CRM software; familiarity with real estate listing platforms is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
