sValid Real Estate License and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transaction
sProven experience in Sales with the ability to set and meet sales target
sStrong Customer Service skills with a focus on fostering client-based relationship
sAnalytical skills to identify and seize market opportunitie
sExcellent leadership, communication, and team management abilitie
sProficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tool
sBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferre
dKnowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is advantageou
