This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored property solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential property opportunities, conducting market research, negotiating deals, preparing and presenting accurate reports, and ensuring effective communication with clients to meet their property needs.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Ability to independently manage tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and property transaction processes
• Professional demeanor and excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in real estate consultancy is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
