We are now looking to appoint a professional, motivated Real Estate Broker to support our growing portfolio of clients and developments.
Role OverviewThe Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, providing expert advice to buyers, nurturing investor relationships, and representing GLO Real Estate in a highly professional manner.
This role suits someone who understands Dubai real estate, values client experience, and wants to grow within a premium, structured agency environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming leads and generate new business through proactive networking
Qualify buyers and understand their investment or lifestyle objectives
Conduct property viewings and virtual tours
Provide guidance on off-plan and secondary market opportunities
Present market insights, ROI projections, and area recommendations
Negotiate offers and progress transactions through to completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and partner agencies
Stay updated on new launches, pricing trends, and payment plans
Attend developer events, exhibitions, and property showcases
Ensure full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
Maintain accurate records in CRM system
Prepare client documentation including MOUs, Form A/B/F and KYC
Uphold brand values and premium service standards
Contribute to social media and marketing initiatives when required
Act as a trusted advisor to UK and international clients
You will be polished, reliable, and driven, with a genuine interest in client success rather than purely transactional sales. You will align with a relationship-led, long-term view of real estate advisory.
Requirements24 years proven experience in Dubai real estate across off-plan, rentals and secondary sales
Existing bank of active investors and/or client database
Ability to generate deals independently with minimal lead reliance
Valid UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle
Strong understanding of Dubai property market and transaction processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised, self-motivated and target-driven
RERA Certification
Registered Broker ID with DLD
Established developer relationships
Experience dealing with UK and international buyers
CRM experience (Zoho)
Professional, consultative sales approach
Commission-only structure with competitive split
