Commission Based role only.

A leading real estate company in the UAE is seeking experienced, high-performing Real Estate Brokers specializing in the luxury property market. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for luxury residential and investment properties
  • Conduct client meetings, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals
  • Provide clients with strategic market insights and professional portfolio guidance
  • Attend property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events to generate new business
  • Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, and administrative staff
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor key performance metric

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market
  • Proven background in the luxury property segment
  • Ability to consistently close 50,000+ AED per month in commissions
  • Valid RERA certification (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated track record of at least 12 closed deals per year (deal list required)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and committed to delivering results
