Ellevna Real Estate is seeking an accomplished and motivated Real Estate Broker with proven experience in Dubai's property market. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with deep market knowledge, exceptional client service skills, and a passion for luxury real estate. You will represent the company's clients in buying, selling, and leasing premium properties while upholding Ellevna's values of excellence, integrity, and discretion.

• Source, list, and market exclusive residential and investment properties across Dubai's prime and ultra-prime communities.
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Conduct market research and pricing analyses to advise clients on property values and trends.
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with the in-house creative and administrative teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Handle all RERA and DLD documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of off-plan and ready property launches, payment plans, and project updates.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build relationships and expand business opportunities.

• Minimum 23 years of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai.
• Valid RERA Broker Card and UAE Driving License.
• Fair knowledge of RERA and DLD Contract Laws and Portals.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's residential market, particularly in luxury and off-plan sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving sales goals.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
