Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify and convert buyer/seller leads for residential and/or commercial properties in Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings and client presentations, highlight features and benefits of listings.
- Negotiate offers, finalize sales or leases and coordinate documentation through to closing.
- Maintain and build a strong client network; follow up with leads, nurture relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, legal/regulatory (Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) rules).
- Use CRM or internal systems to manage pipeline, update records.
- Work closely with the marketing team (or company marketing efforts) to promote listings, personal brand, social media.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 year of sales experience (real estate experience preferred but not strictly required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident dealing with clients.
- Presentable, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Valid UAE driving license / own car would be a plus but not mandatory.
- English fluency; Arabic language skills would be a strong advantage.
- Willingness to learn Dubai real estate market, licensing/regulation (RERA broker card, etc).
