Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Real Estate Broker, based in Dubai. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing luxury properties. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting potential clients, managing property listings, arranging and conducting viewings, and negotiating property agreements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Experience in Sales, particularly within luxury or high-value markets, secondary and off plan properties.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and regulations in the UAE
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and UAE Real Estate certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Fluent in English and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
