Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker based in Dubai. The role involves handling Off-Plan, Secondary Market, and Leasing transactions, while building and managing client relationships from initial inquiry through closing.

Key responsibilities include property presentations, client consultations, market research, negotiations, and transaction documentation. The role requires a results-driven mindset, strong market knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Off-Plan, Secondary Market, or Leasing within the Dubai real estate market is preferred
• Proven background in sales, brokerage operations, and customer service
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate regulations and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and use CRM and real estate platforms effectively
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• UAE real estate broker license preferred (assistance with licensing provided)
