Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and provide expert advice to meet their unique needs. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing property listings, identifying potential clients, organizing property viewings, and negotiating transactions. Additionally, the consultant will work closely with clients to ensure smooth communication and personalized service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate market knowledge and understanding of real property trends and practices
• Strong Sales skills with proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships
• Expertise in Negotiation and conflict resolution for seamless property transactions
• Experience in offering Training and guidance to clients about market insights and property investments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

This is a 100% comission based position
