Role Description

Looking for motivated and customer oriented , real estate agent / consultant with strong communication skill in English and Hindi by a real-estate firm which is a commercial offshoot of a global professional firm

Experience: Technical understanding of the property and persuasive presentation skills adapted to Dubai real estate markets, strong knowledge of off-plan projects with experience in the secondary market , dedicated to helping the buyers and sellers make a secure and profitable decisions in Dubai

Top skills: Direct sales and sourcing of investors from around the world

Qualification: MBA preferred

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively close property transactions.
• Dedication to client satisfaction and ability to provide expert guidance on property decisions.
• Experience providing Training in real estate processes and best practices is an advantage.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus for engaging with a diverse client base.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
