This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Fresh Sales Representative in the Real Estate industry. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their property needs, presenting a diverse range of project options, and assisting them in making informed decisions. Additional responsibilities include managing interactions with potential customers, building strong client relationships, and fostering seamless communication between clients and developers. The goal is to provide the highest level of customer service while achieving exceptional sales targets.

• Real Estate License and knowledge of real property rules and regulations.
• Proficiency in sales, real estate transactions, and conducting property market analysis.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn through training programs provided by the company.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other tools to track client interactions and manage leads is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
