What you'll do:
- Source and recruit real estate agents and industry professionals
- Post job ads and manage candidate pipelines
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Work closely with management on hiring strategy
- Build long-term relationships with high-caliber talent
What we're looking for:
- Recruitment experience (real estate is a strong advantage)
- Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and sourcing tools
- Degree is a plus, not mandatory
