Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales position located in Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Representative will be responsible for representing clients in the purchase, rental, or sale of real estate properties. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, closing sales transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Holding a valid Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in Real Estate with proven Sales success
- Knowledge of Real Property laws and practices
- Goal-oriented, with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
