Role Description

This is a full-time Real Estate Sales role based on-site in Cairo. The role involves actively managing property sales transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, guiding clients through the property buying and selling processes, and supporting all aspects of real estate deals. Responsibilities include promoting and marketing properties, meeting client needs through excellent customer service, and staying informed on current market trends and property values.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Proficiency in Real Estate and thorough knowledge of Real Property principles
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Cairo is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
