Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional based in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include identifying client needs, showcasing and selling real properties, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, negotiating contracts, and executing sales strategies to meet company objectives. Collaboration with teams and adherence to company values will be essential.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real property practices and laws
- Strong real estate expertise and experience in sales within the real estate industry
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with Cairo's real estate market is a plus
- Relevant certifications in sales or real estate are advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is preferred
