Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Cairo. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for guiding clients through property buying, selling, and rental processes. Daily tasks include conducting market research, listing properties, arranging viewings, consulting with clients to identify their needs, and negotiating transactions to achieve favorable outcomes. The role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive both sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License to conduct property transactions
• Strong skills in Real Estate transactions and understanding Real Property laws
• Proven Sales and Customer Service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Organizational skills with an attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
