This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Metro Manila. The Property Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs, providing expert advice and tailored solutions. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, managing property viewings, conducting market research, building strong relationships with customers, and facilitating property sales and transactions. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional service and ensuring clients make informed, confident property decisions.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to guide clients in property investment and decision-making.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, engage with clients, and address inquiries professionally.
• Proven Sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a real estate or similar environment.
• Knowledge of the Metro Manila real estate market and trends is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with technology and real estate software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
