Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing property listings, conducting property showings, and negotiating deals. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, assisting clients with property transactions, and ensuring compliance with legal and professional real estate standards. Candidates will work closely with prospective buyers and sellers to meet their real estate needs effectively and ensure a seamless experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience and knowledge in Real Estate, Real Property, and market trends.
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with New Cairo's real estate market is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
