Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for selling properties, providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with property-related inquiries, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of real estate trends and markets. Additional responsibilities include negotiating deals, conducting property tours, and ensuring a seamless buying or renting experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Sales expertise with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and property regulations in Cairo, Egypt
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Arabic is required; fluency in English is an advantage
