This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, preparing and presenting sales offers, maintaining an updated knowledge of the real estate market, and building relationships with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, market awareness, and the ability to meet sales targets effectively.

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate practices and Real Property transactions
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using real estate-related software and tools is a plus
• Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
