About the Role:
We are seeking a poised and organized Receptionist With a background in Business Administration, you will manage our front-desk operations and provide critical administrative support to our departmental teams, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests, oversee the check-in process, and notify relevant staff of arrivals with professional etiquette.
- Manage a high-volume switchboard; screen and route calls effectively.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks to support the finance and HR departments.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in a front-desk or administrative role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
