Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist position located in New Cairo. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing incoming and outgoing calls, and ensuring effective communication within the clinic. Additional duties include managing front desk operations, maintaining organized records, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure clients have a positive experience during their visit.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing office schedules and maintaining organized records
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and interpersonal Communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff
• Customer Service experience with a focus on being professional, friendly, and patient-centric
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a healthcare or dental setting is a plus
• Proficiency in office software tools such as scheduling systems and basic word processing
