Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Receptionist will oversee front-desk operations, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming clients. The role also involves performing clerical tasks and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Experience with general Clerical Skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients
• Ability to maintain a welcoming and organized environment
• Prior experience in a front-desk or customer-facing role is an advantage
• Proficiency in office management software is a plus
