Role Description

This is an on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various roles within the organization. Key tasks include posting job openings, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless recruiting process. The Recruiter will also play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and across departments
• Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in Egypt is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
