Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and shortlist qualified candidates

Manage end-to-end recruitment process

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Prepare job posts and maintain candidate database

Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

35 years of experience in recruitment

Strong communication & organizational skills

Experience with ATS and LinkedIn sourcing

Knowledge of Saudi labor platforms is a plus
