Job Purpose:

The primary role is that of expanding the base of Affluent, High Networth and Ultra High Networth clients, by acquiring New to Bank clients through external and internal channels, and sources.

Principal Accountabilities:

Identify and acquire New To Bank Elite Banking clients through external or internal channels and sources

Assist clients in opening Elite Banking accounts as applicable

Engage actively with clients with identified potential, such as salary above a defined threshold or any other defined criteria, for conversion into funded Elite Banking clients

Convert leads, either self sourced or given by the bank into funded Elite Banking relationships

Ensure complete KYC and any other onboarding details for the onboarded clients

Attract a client base that is interested in the comprehensive value proposition offered by CBD, including Wealth Management

Coordinate and/or participate actively in any micro marketing events focussed on NTB acquisition

Keep abreast of current economic environment and markets to be able to interact effectively with prospective Affluent, High Networth and Ultra High Networth clients

Deliver against various KPIs ion the scorecard

Maintain a rigorous and disciplined activity schedule and sales process including maintenance of call reports

Deliver consistent and best in class client service

Meet the Compliance and Control standards set by CBD

Requirements:

Education And Experience

Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or Science with CISI / SCA qualification or equivalent

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry

Either prior experience of acquiring Affluent and High Networth clients (Banking, Wealth Management, SME etc.) or prior experience in Investment products such as Mutual Funds, Fixed Income Securities, Equities, Insurance, will be preferred

Sales experience in other related industry, such as Real Estate, Asset products can be considered
