Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with new and existing investors on our crowd-funded properties platform. The RM will be responsible for enhancing our top investor's satisfaction, growing their portfolios through providing further data to assist our investors to make the right investment decisions, seamless communication and white glove support. This role is essential for building and maintaining trust with investors and guiding them through the process of fractional property ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Portfolio Growth (20% MoM):
- Develop strategies to grow existing investors portfolios by 20% month-on-month.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to generate additional investments based on investor preferences and market conditions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with investors to highlight growth opportunities and optimize their portfolios.
- Explain Benefits of Fractional Ownership and tokenization
- Clearly communicate the advantages of fractional ownership of Dubai properties.
- Provide detailed information on the benefits, risks, and returns of investing in Dubai's real estate market through crowd-funding.
- Conduct webinars, one-on-one meetings, and workshops to educate investors on property investment strategies and how the platform can help achieve their financial goals.
- Investor Support & Challenge Resolution:
- Act as the primary point of contact for investor queries and challenges.
- Provide proactive assistance and solutions to any challenges investors may encounter during the investment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure investor issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Exclusive Investment Opportunities:
- Communicate early access to top investment properties to premium investors.
- Build strong, personalized relationships with top investors by ensuring they are informed about exclusive offers and early-stage investment opportunities.
- Create and maintain an investment opportunities pipeline to ensure top investors are consistently engaged.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing client or investor relationships.
- Strong understanding of fractional property ownership and crowd-funded investment models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle investor challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Proven track record in achieving growth targets.
