Job Title: Remote Data Entry Management & Operations Assistant

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and MENA Region

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Remote Data Entry Management & Operations Assistant to support daily operational activities and data management processes. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining organized records, and assisting with operational coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, dependable, and capable of working independently while supporting a remote team structure.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and manage data within company databases, CRM systems, and operational platforms.

Monitor and maintain data integrity by verifying information and correcting discrepancies.

Assist in tracking operational metrics and preparing routine performance reports.

Support daily operations by coordinating documentation, processing records, and maintaining workflow systems.

Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring proper classification and easy retrieval.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate data flow and timely task completion.

Identify inefficiencies in data management processes and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and regional regulations.

Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.

One to three years of experience in data entry, operations support, or administrative roles.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, or Google Workspace tools.

Experience working with CRM, ERP, or database systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a remote work environment.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated professional workspace.

Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting business operations within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.

Understanding of operational reporting and workflow management systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The role requires self-motivation, accountability, and effective communication within a virtual team. Regular online meetings and performance reviews will be conducted to support ongoing development.
