Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

Manage and grow key accounts in the banking and education verticals.

Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads, etc.).

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (technical, delivery, support).

2. Sales Execution

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned sectors.

Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Develop and deliver strategic proposals and value-driven presentations.

Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.

3. Solution Selling

Promote a portfolio of software products, IT services, and infrastructure solutions (servers, networking, storage, cybersecurity, cloud, etc.).

Collaborate with solution architects and pre-sales teams to design tailored solutions.

Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

4. Account Planning & Reporting

Develop strategic account plans and quarterly business reviews.

Maintain accurate records of account activity and pipeline in CRM.

Report sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business.

58 years of proven sales experience inInformation Technology, preferably insoftware and infrastructure.

Prior experience managing key accounts in thebankingand/oreducationsectors is essential.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions (ERP, cloud, security, data centers, etc.).

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value deals.
