Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Maadi for a Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will manage and grow client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as a primary point of contact for accounts. Responsibilities include overseeing account activities, generating and closing leads, and collaborating with teams to deliver tailored IT solutions. You will also provide exceptional customer service and communication to meet client needs and achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Problem-solving abilities and goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in IT or technological products and solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
