Sales Account Manager

*Experience in medical software solutionsales, preferably with Hospital information systems
The ideal candidate is passionate about consultative selling, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the software industry.
*Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product presentations, customer needs analysis, proposal
preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
* Build strong and long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
* Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare tailored demos and solutions proposals.
* Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
* Prepare accurate sales pipeline forecasts, reports, and account plans.
* Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and conferences as a representative of the company
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Medicine, or related field
* 2-3 years of proven experience in software solution or Medical field sales (preferably HIMS or ERP )
* Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and ability to manage mid to large enterprise accounts
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentationskills.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into business solutions.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
