Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager, located in Qesm El Moqatam. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Daily duties include generating leads, developing and maintaining a customer pipeline, and collaborating with clients to address their needs. Additionally, the role requires regular communication with customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Customer Service
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in the hospitality or technology solutions sectors is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field
