Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, handling customer inquiries, and developing strategies for lead generation. You will play a key role in supporting clients and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Experience in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
• Skilled in Lead Generation and developing strategic plans to attract potential customers
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships with clients
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in English and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the region and knowledge of local market trends is a plus
