Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Heliopolis. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for lead generation, providing excellent customer support, and effectively closing sales. The role requires excellent communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
• Proficiency in Customer Support and relationship management
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial
