Sales Business Development

We're hiring: Sales / Business Development, based in Dubai

I'm helping build a new performance-driven creative agency in Dubai, and we're looking for our first Business Development lead. We especially encourage applications from women.

The role

- Identify and approach decision-makers in education, hospitality, healthcare and B2B services

- Run outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold email, calls) and book qualified meetings

- Lead the sales conversation, from first contact to signed proposal

- Report weekly on pipeline, meetings and conversions

What we're looking for

- Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in marketing, tech or services

- Fluent English (Arabic and/or French is a plus)

- Self-driven, comfortable with targets and rejection, hungry to build something from the start

- Willing to relocate to Dubai (visa support provided)
