Sales Coordinator
Ampsy Consultancy LLC is a growing business services firm committed to delivering high-quality solutions across business setup, and corporate support. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for aSales Coordinator to support our business development and client service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily sales activities and follow-ups with clients.
Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and client communication.
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and CRM updates.
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team.
Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and internal departments.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experiencein a sales coordination or support role.
Strongcomputer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Excellent written and spoken communication skillsin English. (Additional language proficiency is a plus.)
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Presentable and professional communication style.
