Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents
  • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication
  • Coordinate with sales, estimation, and design teams to gather required project information
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales records
  • Track ongoing opportunities and ensure timely updates
  • Organize meetings, site visits, and client presentations
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator
  • Experience in construction, landscaping, or related industry is preferred
  • Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting
  • Arabic language is a plus
  • Good understanding of proposals, BOQs, and tendering processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
