Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team in projects management
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests via telephone/email
  • Support Account Managers in organising and coordinating customer meetings
  • Support Account Managers in managing Regulatory enquiries (documents, specific enquiries)
  • Raise application sample requests and instruct laboratories to send samples
  • Work closely with internal departments across different functions
  • Support submissions presentations and quote letters
  • Keep customer records, pricing and requirements up-to-date

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written English)
  • Knowledge and experience in Ms Office (Word , Excel, ppt).
  • Enthusiastic and a team player
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail, even when under time pressure
  • Customer focused, commercial mindset
  • Able to prioritize workload without supervision
  • Self-motivated with ability to show initiative
  • Experience in sales support role
