Position Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Dubai-UAE. The sales Coordinators will be responsible for supporting the sales team by ensuring efficient operations, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily operations, including managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and maintaining records.
- Process sales orders, manage inventory levels, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and client visits.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Experience within a similar role (preferably from courier/freight industry)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
