Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and coordinating communication between clients and the sales team. This includes maintaining customer records, processing orders, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will assist in tracking sales targets and compiling reports to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and maintaining accurate customer data
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate seamless interaction with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and ability to assist in achieving sales objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining enthusiasm and adaptability
- Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative roles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
