Sales Director Luxury Real Estate | Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Salary:AED 25,000 AED 30,000 + Incentives

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director with a strong background in selling ultra-luxury real estate and leading high-performance sales teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-value property transactions and established relationships within the UAE's luxury real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business growth targets.
- Analyze market conditions, client profiles, and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Set and manage sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance go-to-market plans.
2. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve performance targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure a high-performing, client-focused environment.
- Foster a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and recognition structures.
- Oversee monthly KPIs including:
- AED 100M monthly sales target
- 25 property site visits per month
- 20 meetings with brokerage firms monthly
Requirements
- Proven track record selling luxury real estate valued at AED 25M+.
- Strong broker, agency, and investor network within the UAE real estate market.
- Demonstrated success in senior sales leadership roles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Fluency in additional international languages such as Chinese, Turkish, Russian, etc. is an advantage.
