What You'll Do as Sales Director:
- Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve targets set out by the Company monthly.
- Recruit, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales agents.
- Develop and implement a proper induction plan for the new joiner.
- Monitor activities and performance of your department/ team.
- Evaluate the sales executives within your department/ team, find out and correct their weak points.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing on the quality of leads.
- Provide ongoing training for the sales executives in your department/ team.
- Develop your department/ team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
- Set, monitor and drive activities to achieve and exceed sales targets set out by the company.
- Manage communication and share best practices within your department/ team.
- Supervise, monitor, manage and take responsibility for all deals of the company performed in the Off-plan market, closed by your team.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in Off-plan/Secondary real estate sales with a proven track record of overachievement and leading teams
- 5+ years in leadership role managing large sales teams (80- 100 + members)
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills, with experience and proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Deep understanding of local real estate market and luxury property landscape
- Results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering value
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
